Economic Minister Wang Mei-hua says a working group from Taiwan is expected to meet with its American counterparts early next month to discuss economic cooperation in supply chains.

According to Wang, the talks will be taking place through the US-Taiwan Economic Prosperity Partnership dialogue.

Britain's Glastonbury music festival has been canceled for a second year in a row because of the coronavirus.

The decision to cancel one of the world's most prominent (著名的;重要的) music events is sparking concern that large music festivals across Europe will also not be going ahead this summer.

The announcement comes as coronavirus deaths are soaring in England, which is in its third national lockdown.

Glastonbury is Britain's largest pop music event and is held each June at a farm in Pilton, southwest England.

About 210,000 people were meant to attend this year, camping at the site for several days.
