1. Tsai Urges Calm when Getting CECC Message
President Tsai Ing-wen is urging people not to "panic" if they receive a
message from the Central Epidemic Command Center warning of potential (可能的)contact with coronavirus carriers.
The statement comes after 1.1-million people received text messages warning
of potential contact this past weekend.
That warning has resulted in many pharmacies selling out of coronavirus home
testing kits, as people rushed to purchase them.

According to Tsai, she understands that many people are concerned about the
domestic outbreak, but is stressing the need for them not to panic if they
receive a message warning of potential contact with coronavirus carriers.
Tsai says people who have symptoms should go to a testing center, while

social distancing guidelines.

Soldiers in the West African nation of Guinea have detained President Alpha
A video of the president in military custody was released hours after heavy gunfire broke out Sunday near the presidential palace in the capital.
President Alpha Conde：總統阿爾法孔德（現年83歲）

Army officials also seized the public airwaves, telling the nation that
Conde's government is dissolved and the constitution is invalid (無效的).
The Defense Ministry initially claimed the attack had been thwarted.
Conde had been in power for more than a decade, but saw his popularity

limits did not apply to him.
