The Tai-Ex opened down 21-points this morning from yesterday's close, at
16,025 on turnover of 3.4-billion N-T.

The market closed marginally (少量地) lower on Tuesday, but managed to

back of renewed investor interest in the financial sector.

Turnover also remained thin as investors remain cautious ahead of a two-day
policy making of the U-S Federal Reserve, at which its expected to hike
interest rates.
